There are 15 Neighborhoods within Windstar On Naples Bay offering a wide variety of residential lifestyles, including condominiums, coach homes, villas, single family homes and waterfront estates.
Admirals Watch – 16 Naples Bayfront condominium residences.
Admirals Watch is magnificently located directly on Naples Bay and near the new Windstar Clubhouse, providing stunning panoramic views of Naples Bay, the grand estates of Port Royal and the Tom Fazio designed Windstar Club golf course. Compass Point is a lovely community in Windstar made up of 72 condominiums in four beautifully landscaped buildings each having three floors. Because of this configuration, it is easy to meet people and provides a very friendly and neighborly atmosphere. The association has two large pools with ample patios and sunbathing areas. Throughout the season from November to May, community pool parties are held for all members of Compass Point and their guests.
There are two and three bedroom units having living rooms with 9 foot ceilings and screened in lanais. These units are designed to open up into an attractive living and entertaining space all with an expansive view of their surroundings. Every building has an elevator and covered parking for each resident.

 The neighborhood of Leeward Cay has 14 attached villa residences and 2 single villa residences with beautiful southeast views over the lakes at the fourth fairway of the Windstar On Naples Bay golf course.

The beautiful Villas of Northstar have always attracted golfer’s attention as they play (some say “struggle through”) the finishing 17th and 18th holes on the Tom Fazio designed Windstar On Naples Bay golf course. Set well back from the fairways and across two lakes, these 16 villas with their open private pools and fenced-in large poolside patios are allowed to stand out and impress.
The front Northstar entrances are equally impressive as they stand out, set back on a private artery off the winding Haldeman Creek Drive. It’s no wonder that Hall Of Fame golfer and Windstar On Naples Bay’s first women’s golf professional, Nancy Lopez, made Northstar her Naples Bay home.
